This is Ricky Denny's 1969 Firebird in Renault blue. The interior is black and sports two lightweight front seats. The car was purchased by Rick in 1996 and was red in color at that time. Engine: 1965 389 bored .030 over with forged TRW pistons, 1968 #62 heads, 066 camshsaft, a 1961 armasteel crank, stock rods, a Weiand dual plane intake, Holley 750 DP, a Carter fuel pump and a breakerless Mallory distributor. Drive train: 1969 TH-400, 10" stall converter, and a 1981 10 bolt posi unit with 3.42 gearing. Weight: 3509 lbs. Hood: Custom made fiberglass hood with matching cowl induction scoop. Suspension mods: none.
Rick is a weekend warrior and happens to be the 2004 bracket racing champion in his locale.
