Andrew Peters' 1966 LeMans

Year: 1966, Model: LeMans, Exterior: Red.

Andrew Peters, lives in the United Kingdom and owns and drives this 1966 Pontiac Le Mans that is currently running a slightly tweaked 326 Pontiac engine with powerglide. The car was built in Antwerp and is one of only 421 pontiac's built there that year. He bought the car in 2002 in a "bit of a state," and "had small amounts of rust removed and new metal let in, as well as having to have a new trunk floor and drivers side rear patch panel fitted, new chrome, weather-strips and electric's are to be fitted during the winte." The exterior sports metallic red paint with ghost chequered flag graphic's down the side. The car was bought as a cruiser but it's turning into an interesting street/strip car.

Andrew has logged 4000 miles on the car thus far, small numbers of driving compared to the US but the UK '"aint that big" says Andrew. He's in in the process of building a large journal 455 engine for racing next year.
