Rob Garrett of Garland, Texas, has one big project on his hands. That project is the restoration of his 1969 GTO. Rob submitted his stroked 400 engine for consideration into the 1-to-1 Club. As reported on the PSP Restoration Forum, Rob's engine exceeds 1 horsepower per cubic inch of displacement. While the engine is completed and running, Rob continues to work on restoring the car.
